Morerooms.com is legit or a scam, website info, reviews

You may not get the room you specified. Beware!! I booked this room for my wife and I for our anniversary. It was a special suite with jacuzzi and fireplace. Upon arriving I was told that even though they were "pet friendly". This particular room did not allow pets. No where on the advertising or listing mentioned that; only that there would be a $20 pet fee per pet. They said they could offer us a lower grade room only and a refund was not possible because I booked thru nomorerooms.com. It was too late to try and book an equivalent room someplace else so we had to stay there. I called nomorerooms and I was told that there was no refund and nothing they could do about the situation. They did not seem bothered by their mistake. We feel that we were treated very unfairly and very unprofessional. There is no amount of money that could reimburse us for our disappointment of our "special time" being ruined by a misadvertised room listing. I was sold a room that was not available. I have contacted them several times by phone and email and they said they will have to talk to their "business partner" ???? What kind of place is this? Seems very poorly run and low grade service. I don't recommend booking as you may not receive what was advertised.
